April Activities Reminder

1. On April 1, 2025 (Tuesday), the performance rehearsal activities of "Childlike hearts and children's art shine in China" will begin. For details, please refer to the announcement (2024-2025/ K2-08).
2 The “Ching Ming Festival” is scheduled for 4th April 2025 (Friday). No school for all students.
3. The Parent-child Exercise Activity is on 5th April 2025 (Saturday). For further information, please refer to the notice (2024-2025/C67).
4. The April birthday party will be held on the 10th of March 2025 (Thursday). Parents can dress their children in clothing and bring supplies related to the theme. The theme of the April birthday party is “Story Characters”. For further information, please refer to the notice (2024-2025/C18).
Birthday party schedule: Half-day class (K2 & K3) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n.
Half-day class (K1) from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Whole-day class (K2 & K3) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
4.1. The school is inviting birthday student’s parents (April) to take photos together (Birthday month: April) The number of family members should not exceed four (including the student).
Photo taking time: K2& K3 from 8:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
K1 from 1:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
5. The “Seedlings of Christ” monthly meeting will be held on 20th February 2025 (Thursday). The Seedlings of Christ team members have activities from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., so leaving time is 4:30 p.m. Members must wear the proper uniform (orange-coloured short-sleeved polo shirt and blue jeans) for the meeting.
* Seedlings of Christ team members should bring their uniforms to school to change into before the meeting.
6. The "Project Learning Exhibition Day" will be held on April 11, 2025 (Friday), with the K2 and K3 classes from 11 a.m. to 12 noon; K1 class time is from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. This will help you to appreciate the progress and work that your child has made. There will be a normal school schedule for students and they need to wear school uniform on that day. Exhibits related to the "Project Learning Exhibition Day" will also be on display on 12th April (Saturday) (8:45-12:00 am). Parents are welcome to visit the school. parents and island residents are welcome to visit the school. (There will be no performance session for children on that day).
7. Chinese Class for Non-Chinese Speaking Parents will start on 14th April 2025 (Monday), for further information, please refer to the notice (2024-2025/C69).
8.The Reading fun and sharing will be held on 15th April 2025 (Tuesday), and reading-related activities will be conducted at all levels. For further information, please refer to the notice (2024-2025/C64).
9. “Love from Children”: Visit the Elderly on Lamma activity, will be held on 16th April 2025 (Wednesday). For further information, please refer to the notice (2024-2025/C71).
10. “The Easter Activity” will be held on 17th April 2025 (Thursday). Normal school time.
11. The Easter holiday will start from 18th April 2025 to 26th April 2025. K2 and K3 students are required to complete a holiday homework. Please return it to the teacher after the holidays.
12. Joint School Parent-child Sports Day will be held on 28th April 2025 (Monday). For further information, please refer to the notice (2024-2025/C68).
