Admission Procedure 2025-2026

Collect & Summit the Application Forms :
16 September, 2024 - Acceptance of application for the new school year.
Parents can come to school in person or visit the school website to obtain the application form.When returning the completed application form, the parent / guardian signing the application form is required to bring along the following documents and submit their photocopies. Original is for school check only.
The original and copy of the applicant’s birth certificate or identity documents
A copy of parent Identity Card, Passport or other identity document documents
A copy of the applicant’s vaccination records
3 return envelopes (9” x 4”)
*each completed with the name and address of parent/guardian and stick with $2.20 (H.K.) stamp
2 recent photos (1.5”x 2”) (including the photo for the application)
Application fee is $40
A copy of the applicant’s proof of residential address valid within 3 months
A copy of the applicant’s baptism certificate if he/she is a Catholic
A copy of the applicant’s sibling graduate certificate (if applicable)
Remarks:
All information will be kept strictly confidential for school reference only.
Any information of unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed within half a year.

Age of children
K1 Class： Children born in 2022 must be at least 2 years and 8 months old to enroll for the new school term starting from 1st September 2025.
K2 Class： Children born in 2021 must be at least 3 years and 8 months old to enroll for the new school term starting from 1st September 2025.
K3 Class： Children born in 2020 must be at least 4 years and 8 months old to enroll for the new school term starting from 1st September 2025.

Admission Criteria

  • Parents agree to the mission and vision of our school
  • Applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in the kindergarten will be given prior consideration
  • Applicant with parents/ sibling(s) that previously studied in the kindergarten will be given prior consideration
  • Applicant who has been baptized a Catholic
  • Close residence
  • Interview performance
  • P.S. When considering applications for WD services, KGs should give due priority to families that require the services(such as those with working parents)

Interview Arrangements

  • The kindergarten will arrange an interview for all applicants.
  • The interview time will be arranged by the school, after the application form has been submitted.
  • Each teacher meets one child and his/her parent (maximum 2 persons) in the interview.
  • Play-based interview will be arranged.

Arrangement for Admission Application of non-Chinese Speaking(NCS)Children

The kindergarten will arrange interpretation and/or translation service for applicants as necessary, or allow parents and children to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend during the interview to facilitate communication.

Announcement of Admission Results

We will inform parents of the K1 admission’s results in late December 2024 by post.

Our school must ensure equal opportunities in admission and interview for all regardless of their race, gender and ability, students are admitted according to the above school-based admission criteria.

Registration Arrangements

  • Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 3rd to 4th January 2025 (“Centralised Registration Dates”) by submitting the original of the “RC” / “AP”to the kindergarten and paying the registration fee.
  • Applicants on the waiting list: School will send a notification by post. Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the school. Parents are required to submit the original of the“RC” / “AP” to the kindergarten and pay the registration fee.
  • Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the“RC” / “AP” during registration, the kindergarten may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application for the Registration Certificate to EDB within the specified period.
  • The registration fee for 2025/26 K1 place is HK$900. Registration free will be refunded to parents in September 2025 when the child take up the place. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing. The kindergarten will return the“RC” / “AP” but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the“RC” / “AP”, the kindergarten will no longer keep the school place for the child.

Reference of fees ( School Year 2024-2025)

  • Half-day Class fee – Fees after deduction of Government subsidy (whole year): $1,170
  • Whole-day Class fee – Fees after deduction of Government subsidy (whole year): $14,800
  • Snack fee: $800
  • Whole-day Class meal fee: $4,210
  • *Remarks: No tuition fee, snack fee and meal fee charges in July and August every year
  • Textbook fee: (K1) $480 / (K2 ) $483 / (K3) $580
  • Uniform:

Summer: Boy $348 , Girl $349(Including regular uniform, sport uniform and cardigan)

Winter: $640 (Including regular uniform, sport uniform, cardigan and school jacket)
