Time flies, and here comes the last term of the school year. Recall the 3years of being in PTA, we overcame so much, created memories, also bonded a close relationship with school and teachers. It was an honour to be part of the PTA, I sincerely thank every single one who contributed for the kids, wish you all the best!

大家好，我是k3張泰然的媽媽。這學期感謝老師和家長們的信任，繼續成為家委會的一員。也很高興跟大家一起見證孩子們得成長瞬間。回想這學期的點點滴滴，看見孩子每天都在進步，真的很感謝學校校長和老師們的耐心教導，也感謝學校的所有職員。感謝家委會所有成員、義工，大家一起配合完成的每個節目。下學期希望在繼續為大家服務，一起見證孩子們開心、自信、勇敢的幼稚園生活。

It’s a great experience to be part of the PTA team and understand the amount of work that goes into the daily life in the kindergarten. I will keep on supporting the school and the lovely teachers. You’re doing a fantastic job making it fun for the kids while learning Cantonese and other practical skills. All the best wishes for the new year.

Liaison Officer

 A few words from the Liaison Officer

I am the mother of K2 student Ray Delapaz Villar. It is a pleasure as the Liaison Officer of the Parent-Teacher Association for the second year. I will keep cooperating with the school, all parents and community for the kindergarten. They are lovely principal and head teacher, teacher and staff of this school. Thanks you of your efforts to all  the children.  Wish you all   happy Christmas and happy new year.

  • Meeting agenda
  • Convene meetings
  • Direct meetings
  • To set and direct the general direction of work
  • Supervise the progress of resolutions
  • Report work progress regularly to committee and members
  • Representative of communication between school and parents

Vice-Chairperson (1 person)

 
  • Replace Chairperson when he/she is absent
  • To assist Chairperson on resolutions

Treasurer (1 person)

 
  • Handle financial affairs
  • Report financial status regularly to committee and members
  • To compile finance budgets and reports

Secretary (1 person)

 
  • To assist Chairperson to compile agendas and meeting records
  • Handle documents in and out of school

Recreation officer (1 person)

 
  • Assist in promotion and the executing of activities
  • Reassurance of member benefits

Liaison officer (1 person)

 
  • Design and promote members’ activities
  • Compile parents’ news
  • Organize and expand parents’ network
  • Contact members about meetings and activities
