January Activities Reminder

1.

The “K3 Class Observation” activity will be held from 7th January 2025 (Tuesday) to 8th January 2025 (Wednesday)— normal school time. For further information, please refer to the notice (2024-2025/ K3-02) and the reminder.

Lunar New Year Activity will be held on 18th January 2025(Saturday). Details will be announced later.

3.

The January birthday party will be held on the 23rd of January 2025 (Thursday). Parents can dress their children in clothing and bring supplies related to the theme. The theme of the January Birthday party is “Ethnic Costume Fashion Show”. For further information please refer to notice (2024-2025/C18 ).

Birthday Party schedule: Half-day class (K2 & K3) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n.

Half-day class (K1) from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Whole-day class (K2 & K3) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The school is inviting birthday student’s parents (November) to take photos of your child together (Birthday month: November). The number of participants should not exceed three (including the student).

Photo Taking Time:  K2& K3 from 8:45 a.m. to 9:00a.m.

                  K1 from 1:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The “Seedlings of Christ” monthly meeting will be held on 23rd January 2025 (Thursday). The Seedlings of Christ team members have activities from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., so leaving time is 4:30 p.m. Members must wear the proper uniform (orange-coloured short-sleeved polo shirt and blue jeans) for the meeting.

* Seedlings of Christ team members should bring their uniforms to school to change before the meeting.

The Lunar New Year Activity will start from 24th January 2025 until 4th February 2025. Please ensure your child finishes their Holiday Little Tasks or Lunar New Year Workbook during the holidays. Please return it to the teacher after the holidays. Thank you.

6.

The Teacher Development Day will hold on 5th February 2025 (Wednesday) and there will be no school for all students.

7.

February 6, 2025 (Thursday) is the first day of the next semester. Classes will start and end as usual.
